Remove the smell of onion from your hands

To do this simply hold your hands in the smoke of burning paper
and the onion smell goes away and then simply wash your hands
with soap to get rid of the smoke smell.

Hair Conditioner

Beer is a great hair conditioner.
Letting mayonaisse soak in your hair will also have the same effect.
It will also kill lice.
Cool Whip is a great conditioner as well.

Kool Aid

1. Kool aid to clean dishwasher pipes. Just put in the detergent sectionand run a cycle, it will also clean a toilet. (Wow, and we drink this stuff)

2. Kool Aid can be used as a dye in paint also Kool Aid in Dannon plain yogurt as a finger paint, your kids will love it and it won't hurt them ifthey eat it!

Eliminate Crayon marks

To remove crayon marks simply put toothpaste (not gel) on a sponge and rub it over the marks.
It removes the marks without having to buy a more expensive eraser type product.

Vinegar for odor and mildew control

To remove airborne odors soak a kitchen rag in vinegar and wave it around the house.
Vinegar actually absorbs the odor, not just covering it up.

To remove mildew especially the king tat forms around the refrigerator door rub the
suspected mildew with vinegar.

Lemon the natural cleaner

To clean you kitchen sinks and countertops:
Cut a lemon in half and use the open face as you scrub pad. You can even use salt, borax, or baking soda
as an abrasive for hard to remove spots. (Don't use this on stone surfaces as the acid can damage the stone.)

To make your garbage disposal smell cleaner run the disposal with lemon peels in it.

Household odor remover

To get rid of cooked fish odor simply do the following:
Boil 3 tablespoons of white vinegar in 1 cup of water while
your cooking the fish or any item with a strong odor. You can
also put out a couple of bowls of vinegar with about a 1/2 in
each.

Easy removal of sticky substances

Measuring Cups:
Before you pour sticky substances into a measuring cup, fill
it with hot water. Dump out the hot water, but don't dry the
cup. Next, add your ingredient, such as peanut butter, and watch
how easily it comes right out.

No more foggy windshields

Foggy Windshield:
Hate foggy windshields? Buy a chalkboard eraser and keep it
in the glove box of your car. When the windows fog, rub with the
eraser! Works better than a cloth!

Reopening envelopes

Reopening envelope:
If you seal an envelope and then realize you forgot to
include something inside, just place your sealed envelope in the
freezer for an hour or two.

Baby powder to remove sand

Take baby powder to the beach:
> Keep a small bottle of baby powder in your beach bag. When
your ready to leave the beach sprinkle yourself and kids with
the powder and the sand will slide right off your skin.

This works wonderfully! Keeps the sand out of the car.
