Vasoline: To help your cat to get rid of those troublesome hairballs put just a small amount of vasoline on it's nose. The cat will lick off the vasoline and then
the vasoline will lubricate the cats stomach helping the hair to pass right on through.

This idea is unsafe (read toxic) for any living being. Petroleum products are not edible. Use butter or something made for eating.
Strange u say. that when it is used in most lip glosses and lipsticks which every woman will confess to licking off.
Thats because us women are not of this earth.
